(Silver Doctors Editors) The daily Coronavirus Task Force press briefing is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. EST today.
For a point of reference, here’s the 8:43 a.m. update from the Johns Hopkins Interactive Map/Tracker (showing 14,250 U.S. cases):
Taking the data at face value, over 1/3 of the cases are in New York alone.
During yesterday’s press briefing, there was a lot of talk about possible treatments for coronavirus, and there was plenty of optimism regarding testing capacity, hospital surge capacity, and medical equipment, including PPE like masks and gloves, making their way to the states that need the supplies the most.
There were also several questions about the economy and fiscal stimulus.
It is noteworthy that in yesterday’s press briefing, all of the Coronavirus Task Force seemed to be dodging specific questions, refusing to answer basic questions, and focusing so much on irrelevant noise, such as spending valuable time yapping over whether calling the virus “China virus”, “Chinese virus” or whatever the heck they call it is appropriate.
Even the supposed “alternative media” is wasting time and energy being distracted by the noise.
Needless to say, is today the day we get the “U.S. will now go on lockdown” shocker?
