The US hasn’t erupted into a stage of violent civil unrest just yet, but the mainstream media is clearly pushing for it…
Mother’s Day converges this year.
Well, mothers do not get celebrated on the same day around the world because the holiday varies from nation to nation, but every so often, such as this year, many nations will all be celebrating Mother’s Day on the very same day – this Sunday.
For example, in the United States, Australia, Turkey, Italy, and more, we celebrate Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May.
In Mexico, Hong Kong, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, and more, however, Mother’s Day is always celebrated on the 10th of May.
In 2020, we have the exact date of Mother’s Day as celebrated by so many around the world, 05-10-20, happening to fall on the second Sunday this year, when so many around the world also celebrate mum.
That’s how Mother’s Day converges this year.
And to think: The MSM will be watching this Mother’s Day like a hawk.
For signs of life.
Recall that it has basically been about a week since several states began to re-open, either officially or otherwise, and the malls in Texas reopened to a whole lot of ‘meh’:
It should be noted that the mall photographed above, “The Galleria”, is one of the top ten largest malls in America.
So that’s not exactly what I would call a “crowd” doing some shopping, especially for being such an important, popular mall, but then again, everybody knows ‘Ol Half Dollar ain’t no dang commercial real estate fire code consultant, so there’s that.
Back to my point: Since the “re-opening” was a dud as far as finding a pulse in the Great North American Consumer, the next litmus test is this Sunday.
Generally speaking, what do people do on Mothers’ Day?
They take their mothers out to eat.
And I say “yikes”, not for putting oneself at risk for exposure to Covid-19, but rather, because Deep State Globalists are evil people, and when it comes to evil, well, unleashing some pure, unadulterated blend of it on Mother’s Day certainly ranks high on the list of the key days for evil deeds.
Scary how that works out, isn’t it?
Here’s some of what has me concerned, even more this week than I was last week.
First, there was a horrible killing back in February.
It’s making the rounds in the mainstream media because of the arrests.
Pop-quiz: What’s the first thing you notice about the killing from this coverage over at Zero Hedge:
I know, right?
That doesn’t look good at all.
There’s little doubt the MSM is going to single out this killing to stoke the racial fires.
After all, the killing was caught on video, which only adds fuel to that fire.
You can see the video in the ZH article linked above, if you’re so inclined.
I’m not one for sensationalism like the mainstream media is, so I’ll leave it out of this one.
Besides, haven’t we had our fill of watching senseless killings?
But I digress.
Here’s how the incident will be portrayed by the MSM: Two racist, Southern white men from Georgia killed an unarmed, young black man in broad daylight who was out for a jog in the neighborhood.
Or is that not how this is spun?
Reporting from CNN demonstrates how quickly this racial powder keg could blow (bold added to show the various elements):
Glynn County, Georgia (CNN)Two men involved in the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery near Brunswick, Georgia, have been arrested and face murder and aggravated assault charges, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Gregory McMichael and his son, Travis McMichael, were taken into custody, the GBI said Thursday evening. They were booked into the Glynn County Jail.
The GBI said in a tweet it would hold a news conference Friday at 9 a.m. ET to discuss the case. It did not say when the McMichaels would appear in court.
The arrests come two days after a 36-second video that appears to show the deadly confrontation surfaced online.
Jasmine Arbery, Ahmaud’s sister, told CNN’s Chris Cuomo that the family feels a sense of relief over the arrests.
“It’s been a long time. It feels like it’s been a long time. So, this day was a turning point in recovering my brother’s case and getting justice for him,” she said.
She told CNN she thought the shooting was a hate crime. Arbery was black and the men involved in the shooting incident are white.
Notice, however, CNN is low-key about it, whereas NPR wastes no time in playing the race card on this incident.
I mean, check out the title and the very first Paragraph of reporting:
The immediate use of “Police officer”, “two white men”, and “unarmed black man” is like sprinkling a little napalm onto the racial fire.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, additionally, check out reporting from Reuters just today, basically saying the Supreme Court is giving law enforcement a license to kill at will:
That can’t be good.
So, let’s recap: An ex-Police officer and his son, both white Southern males, were arrested for the killing of an unarmed black man who was simply out for a jog, all in an environment where the Supreme Court makes it easy for cops to kill with “qualified immunity”.
Add on top of that all of the random violence we’ve been seeing in stores and fast food places as states “open up again”, and I’ve got an even worse feeling about this weekend than I did about last weekend.
In a tragically ironic way, before the coronavirus hit, at the end of 2019, we were beginning to see an increase in random acts of violence:
Recall too, it was just last week when Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau banned “assault-style” weapons in Canada, effective immediately.
Needless to say, I should have realized the disturbing significance of this weekend all along: Deep State Globalists are evil people, and what would evil people love more during these times of boredom (if not located in one of the hot spots) than a false flag, false flag hoax, or unprovoked random act of violence taking place on such a special day just as everybody’s getting confident about going out again?
I certainly hope my gut is wrong.
OK, “Hey Half Dollar, you’ve been talking about civil unrest like a broken record, so just admit you’re always wrong about this kind of stuff and that we’re on track to Keep America Great you Closet Leftist!”.
Here’s the thing: I’m always early and rarely wrong.
While an exotic designer virus is nice, it just doesn’t have the same violent flare to it as some good old-fashioned blood spilling death and destruction does, which is what I fear they’re craving and pushing for via their MSM propagandists.
I hope I’m wrong.
If you thought the gold-to-silver ratio was in its allowable range of late, you’d be wrong:
Is silver finally starting to make a move?
Because if the technicals matter, that’s a bullish break-out from its 50-day:
And if the Deep State Globalists pull something off this weekend, we could be talking about $18 or $20 silver next week.
Again, I don’t want that to happen (the violence), I don’t hope that happens, or anything like that, for I’m only saying it’s been a while, and through their MSM propagandists, one can clearly see the Deep State getting itchy.
Although it’s a double-edged sword, because gold is bid:
However, if they know they’ve already lost control of the gold & silver market, then what do they care anyway?
I don’t think the coming death cross will last all that long in palladium:
Especially if gold & silver get to moving here.
Platinum, on the other hand, looks ready to give us an upside surprise:
And it sure looks like the same exact set-up we see with silver, doesn’t it?
Crude oil is showing us what “dead cat bounces” look like:
Personally, it’s coming up on two months since I purchased a gallon of gasoline, and I imagine I’m not the only one.
Copper keeps telling us it will be inflation, not deflation:
Although I’m sure the deflationists simply re-drew their “bear wedge” and claim we’re ripe for a crash at any time.
Speaking of time, it’s shameless plug time: We discussed inflation versus deflation in light of current events, in-depth, on Wednesday:
Thank you for your consideration!
If the Deep State Globalists are about to kick this coronavirus crisis up a notch, then they’ll ramp the VIX too:
Just when everybody has been lulled back into complacency.
Of course, we don’t yet know if we’ll see new highs in the stock market or not:
It’s so darn close, but only those people on the very inside know what the plans are.
Yield on the 10-Year Note continues to be more or less pegged at 0.6%:
If the stock market hasn’t seen the low, then we haven’t seen the low in yield, either.
Even the dollar seems ready for a major move:
Sure, there have been some gyrations, but could we just get on with it already?
Bottom line as we find ourselves here this beautiful Friday in early May?
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms who are reading this post!
If you’re like me and celebrating someone who’s a mom.
Then it’s not really about a gift so much this year.
It’s about being there for her just a little more.
Especially this year, more than prior years.
Because who wants to go to Applebee’s?
That’s a lot of risk for crappy food.
Maybe it’s cut mom’s grass.
Or paint her kitchen.
Either way, now.
