Former Fed President Fisher: Fed Has Created A Dependency On Cheap Money

Wouldn’t that mean that Fisher  himself helped create that dependency?

(Silver Doctors Editors) Former Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher came out against the markets today, saying they’re too dependent on the Fed.
