Still thinking all those crypto exchanges and alt-coins are legit? Here’s solid evidence that HODLers will go broke due to pervasive frauds and scams…
Blockchain and distributed ledger are good advances in software capabilities.
This is not a rag on Blockchain or Distributed Ledger.
Cryptocurrencies use the blockchain and distributed ledger, but they are not the blockchain or distributed ledger.
Gerard Adams sent us his documentary for review and asked us to share it.
There is a ton of information in the documentary, and it comes very fast, but don’t let that intimidate you.
This documentary is very well made and it is hard hitting.
Decentralized Deception highlights all of the scams out there in the cryptosphere – from the pump-n-dumpers to the outright thefts, ponzis and cons. Anybody needing to understand what the dangers are in the cryptos, here’s a place to find it.
I must tell you, I wasn’t sure if this was pro-crypto or anti-crypto until a little while in, but what you come to learn is that most of what is going on in the cryptosphere is nothing more than outright scams and downright frauds.
From John “I’ll eat my dick on national television if Bitcoin doesn’t hit $1,000,000 by 2020” McAfee pump-n-dumping coins daily like there’s no tomorrow, to scammers renting $450 per month desks in San Francisco to supposedly show legitimacy after their coins break market caps of $30,000,000,000, this documentary shows the dark side of cryptocurrency, and there’s a lot of it.
There is so much information packed into forty minutes that I’m gonna watch it again because this information is that important to know. And it is super fresh, having just been released to the public on March 11th, so the information is both current and timely.
One of the most interesting things about Decentralized Deception is that we’re not talking about some millennial calling out Peter Schiff and saying “you just don’t get it” or “you’re to old to understand”. Nope. We’re talking about a millennial who understands the crypto, the exchanges, and the crypto scams of the exchanges, as well as the millennial lure of cryptocurrency in general.
This is a recommended must watch video, especially for anyone thinking of selling some of their stack to dabble in the cryptos.
