President Barack Obama has vetoed the military funding bill passed by Congress, envisioning almost $1 billion in aid to Syrian rebels and the Ukrainian government.
In a letter dated March 4th 2013 written to Senator Rand Paul, Attorney General Eric Holder officially confirmed that the Obama administration will murder uncharged US citizens within the US via aerial drone strike if necessary to protect the homeland.
The USA is now officially the USSA.
Holder’s official full letter to Senator Paul is below:
Last year’s NDAA brought us Unconstitutional indefinite detention for all American citizens. This year’s NDAA bill reportedly seeks to institute an online sales tax, which would be devastating and nearly impossible to implement and pay out for small online businesses (such as SDBullion).
This may be the last Christmas of online shopping without paying sales tax.
A proposed online sales tax has been offered as an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act, much to the ire of opponents.
US Appeals Judge Raymond Lohier has just bowed down to Der Führer, knocking down the temporary injuction against Obama’s indefinite military detention provision until the appeals court hears the case September 28th. This comes after Obama’s legal team REFUSED TO ADMIT TO THE COURT WHETHER THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION HAD BEEN ILLEGALLY BREAKING THE TEMPORARY INJUNCTION against indefinite detention set by Judge Forrest this spring!!
This means the Obama team can indefinitely imprison any American for any thought crime over the next 10 days until the appeals court rubber stamps permanent indefinite detention.
In a huge defeat for the new fascist USAA empire, US District Judge Katherine Forrest today upheld her temporary injunction against the NDAA’s military indefinite detention provision, PERMANENTLY banning indefinite military detention against US citizens for voicing 1st amendment protected speech and journalism.
The plaintiffs- a group of writers, journalists, and activists had filed suit against Barack Obama and Congress stating that they held actual and viable fears that their journalistic activities could subject them to indefinite military detention under the NDAA. Judge Forrest ruled permanently in favor of the plaintiffs, upholding the temporary injunction.
Der Führer to appeal Judge Forrest’s ruling (even though he promised the provision would never be used against US citizens) in 3…2….1….
