The Morgue’s Jamie Dimon blasted financial regulation in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis today at Davos, dropping this beauty of a quote: Businesses can be opaque. They are complex. You don’t know how aircraft engines work either.
Dimon also stated new financial regulations have made things (sheople fleecing) more complicated for The Morgue.

Well, no one needs to understand how aircraft engines work to understand that JPM is the most corrupt organization in the history of the world when it comes to the manipulation and suppression of Silver prices. Well, all I can tell you about how a jet engine works is that the turbine starts with an electric motor, the turbine sucks in air to the compressor, fuel is dumped in and ignited, electric motor off and Hi Ho Silver Away!

Just like CNBC News sticking up for Dimon. The first newscaster was having fun with this story about all the criticism of Jamie but then the lead newscaster stepped in and did her duty for the Media sticking up for him.
I think mr Dimons comparison to jet engines is more appropriate than even he might realize.
What he failed to mention is that when a jet engine FAILS, hundreds if not thousands of people who have no direct control over the integrity of the airline and its willingness to maintain the engine in a manner which would mitigate and minimize any said failures, will be directly or indirectly affected. Up to and including the loss of life and or livelyhood. This is also true when a financial “engine” fails.
Perhaps thats exactly why he made the comparison, twisted as that may seem. He may as well have simply said “can’t win em all” or maybe ” if you’re not willing to die, maybe you shouldn’t fly”
I bet he makes sure the ground crew, avaiation engineers, pilots and flight crew that oversee HIS corporate jet are well compensated. He may be a contemptuous money changer….but he aint stupid.
