    Bin Ladin family was a very close business partner with the Bush family. Osama was a CIA asset known as Tim Osman. The Al Queda was created and funded by the CIA.     We are well aware of the background of Osama (hence the CIA reference in the title- maybe you missed that?)

    The game is satire, whether you understand 911 was an inside job or believe that Osama was the culprit, you still use some entertainment occasionally! Plus, if you understand he was a CIA agent, you should want to take pot shots at him even more!
