CT is the trial balloon to see if gun owners will willingly turn in guns. Soon as a raid to collect a rifle goes wrong it is going to snowball. People will start to let each other know where swat teams are raiding and the civil war will be on. Especially if a child is killed in a raid.
As CT becomes bloodier it will spread to other states, the backlash against gun grabbers will snowball, they will be rounded up and put to trial for treason. Those who resist will be summarily judged on the spot and executed.
So get ready, we are literally sitting on the edge of the cliff waiting for a push or to step back. The ball is in the CT Police Departments court.
People have this list, people who will not submit, in the book Unintended Consequences lists were published, and people who were not part of the fight originally started to participate and remove those on the list one by one. Here is the CT list:
Interesting that the progressive-liberal gun control zones are all along either US coast. In the ‘fly-over’ states, the majority of people are very pro-gun, pro-Constitution (with the exceptions of Illinois and Colorado).
I had a great conversation recently with the Sheriff of a rural Nebraska county. Being a conservative elected by his fellow citizens, he pretty much represents them. As he told me in a private conversation, if the American system breaks down and the feds start confiscating guns, he will be joining the citizens in an armed civil war vs. government thugs. Good to know where one law enforcement agency will be. And no doubt, there are many like his across middle America.
Yes, there are a few great libertarians in law enforcement. If the USA is lucky, there will be more soon. BUT DON’T COUNT ON IT! As for me, I say stock up on guns and plenty of ammo. And keep your mouths shut about what you have.
" Right Xizang that's definitely likely. Have your big local stash very well hidden and tell only a few trusted people to get it if something happens to you.

" One other thing, boys and girls: Do NOT tell anyone you have any gold or silver. Chances are when all hell breaks loose, the government will be demanding everyone turn in all their gold and silver (probably in exchange for some sort of government paper IOUs).

Looks like my idea of 90% and SAE's only is the way to go. It does have me thinking about some 10oz bars....wait, no.

" I dunno..... Look at ALL the sites selling the stuff and there's PLENTY to be had. Worrying about the doom of some article is silly. Get the stuff now, as you can, and just keep going.
IF things do go nuts I have a hunch it'll be so fast this time that it won't matter what order ... "Reply To: Silver Shortage
" The one CRITICAL thing is to make damned certain that the party you're shooting at is not your spouse, kid or anyone else who has a right to be there. That cleared in your brain, fire away! Have no mercy and take no prisoners. Prisoners will just sue you later. "Reply To: Finger off the trigger? Nonsense….
" Move away from the standard AR-15 ball rounds and move into soft point or ballistic tip and bump it to 60-70 grains. Penetration improves and tip makes expansion pretty drastic. Vmax rounds literally explode and the fragments will create a 5 inch diameter wound channel "Reply To: Real world firearms suggestions
" Muzzle flash will temporarily take your night vision, but, you have memorized your surroundings, and a good first shot may preclude the nesessity of a second.
