Dear Gold Friends,

As stated in the May 14, 2014 New York Kitco Interview (click on link here) and forecast; ‘Gold was expected to rise in May/June and make a TOP in June, then Gold is to make a Final Summer Low and in conclusion Gold is expected to Spike to $2000 before year end’.

Below are Links (all clickable for easy reference) to Public Updates and Posts in reference to the above forecast:

  1. On June 5, 2014 a Public UPDATE was posted stating a June Low Arrived on June 4, 2014 … IT DID!
  2. Gold Up in June 2014 … IT DID!
  3. On June 18, 2014 and June 25, 2014 Public UPDATES were posted on SilverDoctors.com and my web site stating ‘Expect Gold to continue its climb post-FOMC announcement” … IT DID!
  4. On June 27, 2014, July 1, 2014, and again on July 13, 2014 Public Updates were posted on SilverDoctors.com and my web site stating ‘Gold has Topped and Final Summer Low still Ahead’.
  5. Next day following the July 14, 2014 post Gold dropped $48 from a high of $1346 down to $1292. … The June / early Summer Gold Top is COMPLETE!
  6. On July 22, 2014 Public Updates were posted on SilverDoctors.com and my web site stating ‘A Drop into a Final Summer Low still Coming’.
  7. The next day following the July 22, 2014 post Gold dropped $18 and then again on August 1, 2014 dropped an additional $12.50 into a FINAL Summer low of $1281.00The 2014 Summer Gold Low is COMPLETE!  Out of courtesy to subscribers, posting the summer low was delayed by one week.
  8. Next Cycle analysis indicates an Inflationary Spike and $2000 Gold before Year End is COMING to conclude the May 14, 2014 forecast.  If so, when?

The May 14, 2014 forecast for an early Summer Top to be followed by a drop into a 2014 Summer Low and ‘Buy-of-a-Lifetime’ opportunity has come too passed as Gold topped on July 10, 2014 at $1346.80, reversed and dropped to $1281.00 on August 1, 2014 completing the SUMMER LOW.  As per prior updates, the Summer Cycle Low was to bring no new low and none occurred.  Since calling the June 2013 bottom at $1178, each subsequent low has been a higher degree low and the Bull has quietly been building steam for the past year.  Predictable CYCLES exist in nature and the May 14, 2014 Interview and CYCLE Forecast holds unbroken!

Our world presently sits at a crossroads between two Grand Market Cycles:

  1. The first, a Grand Gold Bull Market about to begin and run up to $10,000+ in the next 7 years and
  2. The second, a Grand Equity Bull Market about to end with a collapse worse than 2008.

Remember the Poem by Robert Frost “The Road Less Traveled” that ends with … “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.”    Which Bull Road will you choose?  What about your family or your neighbor?   Gold is and has generally always been the ‘Road Less Traveled’ and it will make all the difference in the world for you, your family and neighbors shortly as $1300 Gold is soon to be history with Gold Spiking into $2000 before year end when the third and final 7-year Gold cycle into 2020/21 and $10,000+ gets under way!

A secret written by W.D. Gann 100 years ago…  “The most money is made when fast moves and extreme fluctuations occur at the END of MAJOR cycles.”  We await conclusion to the May 14, 2014 New York Kitco Interview with a Gold Spike into $2000 before year end.

2.  Gold Chart from the July 13, 2014 Public Update forecasting a June TOP!

Reviewing both Historic Gold Charts on Page 3 and comparing with the Current Gold Chart on Page 2; notice all forecasted Cycle Turns arrived as per Cycle analysis, even the June 19, 2014 post-FOMC price spike referenced in the June 13, 2014 chart ended up a ‘False Gold Breakout’ as forecasted with the price drop and reversal off the July 10, 2014 Cycle Top!

In reference to a subscription, unless one might consider themselves to be very active trader controlling large capital few would need the comprehensive Turn Date subscription; but anyone interested in Gold might consider a Gold Index subscription for a little piece of mind with their investment.  Regardless of any choices going forward, know the year 2014 will end as a great year for Gold as the 3rd Cycle of 7-Years gets under way.

A short note on SILVER: Cycle analysis indicates a Final 2014 Low is coming but not in yet!

Cycle work allowed me to called then Silver $49 top, the $1900 Gold top, the June 28, 2013 Gold BOTTOM within 2-hours, the December 31, 2013 retest and higher low.  The final summer low in August 1, 2014 and ‘Buy-of-a- Lifetime’ has come and gone and the rise to $2000 Gold by year end & $10,000+ by year 2020/21 has begun!

Thank you and all the best,

Bo Polny

    • Damn Sam, BO is as smart as Gartman.  How blessed are we to have them both !!  LOL, so laughably pathetic re-tread of JS’s stuff, trying to scam vulnerable investors of $20K, to see whats has been right in their face since 2013.  My condolences to those investors, such as “WhoDaresWin”, not just scammed for 20K but made a fool of, with the help of Silver Doc’s.  Shame on all of you.

No bread?  Well, dang… they really need the complete package to keep the sheeple in their pens.  lol

“… when the candlestick starts moving up they switch to lions mauling slaves.”

Which was great entertainment… unless one was a slave, of course.  :-/

It is hard to look at the history of those times and understand how so many had no empathy for their fellow human beings.
Their pathetic lives were ALL about THEM, with no room in them for others, except perhaps family.

“The bleeding never ends on the bankster channel! “

Right… that’s the modern upgrade to the arena.  This way, their victims don’t just die, they last a lifetime and can be bled at will.

  1. What an absolute liar and a phony… he was saying “don’t buy don’t buy” this “new low” would hit… the price goes UP… he says “WAIT a new low will hit”… the price pulls back slightly, does NOT make a new low…and he says “that was the low”… what a complete FRAUD…

WHY IS SILVER DOCTORS POSTING THE WORK OF A FRAUDSTER???

  2. As far as Bo we have nothing to lose and all to gain silver is at its bottom the Banksters have tried all years to take it below 18.00 and it is not happening so it’s only a matter of time they all go long and shoot the price to over 50.00 this time . It’s so easy to see look at the charts.

  3. Cranky stackers?

So, the guy has possibly been off by as much as a month. Fraudster!
Way to get rich, try and sell subscription to gold/silver stacker. What a rich market to steal a share in…
I hope he’s going to be right about 2 things : silver bottom to follow, and 7 year bull run after. That would suit me nicely.

I wish I’d find good ideas to do with our stacks through such a long bull run. Or ways to play the leverage game safely, but do extra well anyways.

  4. Maybe it’s me but when I see ‘Bo Polny’ I see baloney…..

Dang it….Ranger beat me to it – just seeing that!  :)

I have never heard of Bo (well, from decade’s ago maybe – doubt it’s the same guy).

$2000 Au by EoY; sure thing.

  5. Nothing gonna happen for quite awhile folks. The paper market is controlled by the Bullion Banks under The Federal Reserve. Our time is coming. If the GDP is adjusted down on the second quarter from 4% (a farce) and the second quarter is a fluke, then August may be our month. All European economies as other world economies are distressed as well. BRICS is getting stronger as is ISIL, Saudi Arabia is now at risk, oil is at risk. The U S military is stretched very thin, the child sociopath in Washington has run out of bluffs. Russia and China wait in the wings and their foreign policies are not besieged with the will of world domination, but the exceptional world domination of the U S is doomed to fail badly. The Ponzi scheme of the U S Fed and all world puppet states central banks are in failure mode. Don’t pay so much attention to what the so called GURUS here the Doc say, pay attention to the geo political events that are escalating to the obvious financial end. Our U S is in deep trouble with confidence shortfall by our allies. Putin (Russia) Syria, Iraq, Libya, Iran and other countries have been demonized by our government. Putin and China do not want war, but there is Hell to pay if further pissment and bullying by the U S.

Remember BEANS, BULLETS AND BAND AIDS. Buy what metals you can and wait, because it ain’t gonna be pretty at all!
Yall come back and stack often.

    • @Ranger Your points are well taken.  It is going to take the mother of all Black Swans to get the gold market moving to get it up to 2000 dollars before years end.  It could happen.  If it does happen it is going to be an event that surprises us and will not have anything to do with Bo’s cycle work.  Odds are it will not happen.  We will experience the same, managed markets and sideways trading in gold that we have grown used to for the last year or so.

  6. The reset or sudden escalation of the Gold price will come like a thief in the night..sudden and unexpected. It will catch 99.99% of observers flat footed.Do you really think the rise will be orderly and provide people with the opportunity to get aboard.I think it is incorrect to presuppose the Us dollar has to be dead meat before the above happens.

    • @inlikeflynn

“I think it is incorrect to presuppose the Us dollar has to be dead meat before the above happens.”

I agree but it sure would help!

A new gold-backed trading currency that comes from the BRICS and perhaps the Arabs as well could be just the thing.  People would want to use a currency that has some real value in it and that could not be inflated away or devalued on a whim.  They would also enjoy trading with someone who does not treat them like criminals, just for doing some business, or spy on them just for the hell of it.  It is an interesting dichotomy that the nation that brought forth the idea of personal liberty for everyone is so bent on taking it away from as many as possible.

    • Rulerman…I’ll take a stab at it.  If silver takes off first, which is most likely, then I would ‘flip’ to gold when I thought the move was 90% complete.  I like silver, but at the end of the day I think you want to be in gold, because gold is the money of central banks and gov’ts.  Silver coins are your spending money.  However, it all depends how large your stack is.  A $1M stack in silver(that would be 100 green monster boxes) is a lot to try to transport, but a $1M in gold fits in a shoe box.

    • @UglyDog

“A $1M stack in silver(that would be 100 green monster boxes) is a lot to try to transport, but a $1M in gold fits in a shoe box.”

I saw a TV commercial wherein there was $100,000 in gold coins shown on the screen.  It was not exactly an impressive pile in terms of the number of coins… maybe 70 or so coins?  I know that my own 20 oz. gold stack is pretty small in size but still represents a useful amount of very portable buying power, even today.  If it is much more valuable in the future, then that would be good… IF it can purchase a lot of desirable things.

This IS a huge aspect of PMs… value and portability.  Gold definitely has that going for it.  But silver is also very useful.  As you say, it is our spending money.  When the time comes that paper money has little value, silver will be one of the very few ways that we can buy items that have real value.  Food, medical care, and fuel come to mind.

Speaking of such things… it always gets me to thinking about the “burn rate” of the silver we have when we discuss the coming SHTF time.  It is hard to figure out just how much silver will go how far.  We have a lot of historical data to go by but no idea whether or not that will translate into what happens in the future.  We do know that the vast majority of Americans do not own any gold or silver, except perhaps as dental work or jewelry, and that probably does not amount to much in terms of ounces.  So, will gold and silver have MUCH greater value in the future that will enable stackers to spend their stacks slowly over a long period of time, or will they be used up relatively quickly?  All this comes from the question of how much do we need to stack for a relatively comfortable life where we have the necessities we need?  Thoughts, anyone?

    • @Ed_B
If I would think of a PM stack as something to burn through in times of hardship, I am not sure a portable amount of even diamond will suffice.
      - figuring in a family apart from yourself
      - Figuring rent/mortgage to keep going
      - Any level of lifestyle, which of course ramps up in cost
Most importantly, will hardship start before PM’s top? Likely. You’ll be eating from your silver stack before we’ll see $40. Not good. By the time silver goes to $100 or $300 of today’s dollars, if it does, you’re on your last ounces and wonder whether PM were the way to go.

    • @XC Skater

“If I would think of a PM stack as something to burn through in times of hardship, I am not sure a portable amount of even diamond will suffice.”

Perhaps the definition of “burn though” needs clarification?  I do not mean to waste it but to spend it carefully on necessities.  This is my way of describing its use or consumption rate.

“Most importantly, will hardship start before PM’s top? Likely.”

      Agreed.

“You’ll be eating from your silver stack before we’ll see $40.”

Perhaps.  Silver has been $40 before and I wasn’t eating from it then.  That and PMs are not my only resource.  They are my financial insurance and a part of my long-term savings.  Other things will be consumed before the PMs.

“By the time silver goes to $100 or $300 of today’s dollars, if it does, you’re on your last ounces and wonder whether PM were the way to go.”

Perhaps, but this does not seem likely to me.  The future is hard to envision but I am hoping that from many comments will come some enlightenment.  Cheers.  :-)

    • @ED_B  This reply addresses your concern for how your silver will be used.  I think people are over reacting to what is happening to the US dollar and assuming that it is going to go to zero and that we will have to live on our silver.  I don’t believe that.  If that happens it means that most of the US population will die because they have no silver.  That won’t happen.  What will happen is that the dollar is going to be around for a long time, or until the dollar is just replaced with a different currency or means of exchange.  The dollar will go down in value though, that is something I am sure of, no matter what.  I believe that the dollar is going down in value by 10% or so each year and this has been going on for a good while and will go on for a good while into the future.  This means that food doubles in price every 7 years.  I think we are on track for this now.  Our standard of living is going down and it is slow but steady.  Incidious.  Painful.  But, this slow painful path is the correct way to do this as the spooge get used to it and will not take to the streets etc and damage property or infrastructure.  We stay on this path until the PTB decide that we should get off it.  Our future will probably look much like it does here in Panama where I live.  Its a different life style.  People are poor.  They spend over 50% of their take home pay to suppport an inadequate diet and live in austere conditions.  In other words, you will be able to use your silver and gold to suppliment what your devalued dollars cannot buy you.  You will live better than those who do not have gold and silver.  Until the gold and silver runs out.  Then you join the broke dick club and live like the rest of the spooge.  The US is going to become another 3rd world country whether we like it or not.  Timing is not important nor can it be predicted.  It is a long term process in which we are well on our way.  Mean while, a different country will pick up the time honored privelige of having the worlds reserve currency and they will be the new envy of the world.

    • @Pollokeeper

I agree.  What we seem to be looking at is a process of decay.  Such processes tend to be very slow and gradual… like rust or rot.  While there is always the possibility of a sudden collapse or black swan type event, those tend to be of very low probability but also of devastating consequence.  Without one of these speeding things along, it is more likely that the demise of the US dollar, UST paper, and the US itself will be a process that requires a lot more time than most of us think.

“You will live better than those who do not have gold and silver.  Until the gold and silver runs out.”

I am old enough to know that I might run out before the gold and silver does.  The idea of living better does appeal to me, though.  Comfort always seems a better choice over discomfort, all else being equal.

“Mean while, a different country will pick up the time honored privelige of having the worlds reserve currency and they will be the new envy of the world.”

Such has been the history of the world.  Old established regimes falling into the dust bin of history while younger and more vigorous ones replace them.  In turn, they too will fall and be replaced, for it is in the nature of man-made structures to be imperfect and to then collapse in on themselves once they become sufficiently corrupt.

    • He was a very special person in that regard.  His absence WILL be keenly felt.  I hope that he has found the peace that he sought.

  7. Not to be Mr. Contrarian, But Mr. Williams was an anti-Christian, foul-mouthed perverted alcoholic who seemingly had issues with demonic activity.
“Robin Williams claimed that when acting he becomes possessed, and that in the past they would have burned him as a witch”
“Yeah! Literally, it’s like possession—all of the sudden you’re in…you just get this energy that starts going. But there’s also that thing—it is possession…it is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, where you really can become this other force” – Robin Williams
“With a gift for mimicry and improvisation that verged on demonic possession, Williams could even approach the artistry of his idol Jonathan Winters—a man whose genius took him, once or twice, over the edge into mental illness.”
I suspect he never trusted Jesus, and that he is now burning in Hell because of his rejection of Jesus and his love of evil, vulgarity, alcohol, and drugs.

    • Would anyone other than a complete ass make such an uncharitable and unchristian comment?  Probably not.

Whither goes love for our fellow human beings and their struggle for forgiveness and redemption?  Yes, you are perfect, so go ahead and cast that first stone.

    • Well said @Ed_B What ever happened to love thy fellow man and not condemn, especially in death what a low blow. Yes he had problems as we all do and even you Proverbs. O! I forgot your perfect but you know what I’ll do? I’ll pray for You and Robbin and Myself that we find the Truth and Wisdom to understand that the Christ is within us all and that Love will prevail even in death.

    • @Marchas45

“What ever happened to love thy fellow man and not condemn, especially in death what a low blow.”

Yes and whatever happened to “judge not, lest ye be judged“?

“I’ll pray for You and Robbin and Myself that we find the Truth and Wisdom to understand that the Christ is within us all and that Love will prevail even in death.”

Good plan, Charlie.  Yes, there is a tiny spark of the divine in each of us, regardless of how well hidden it might be.  Love can be seen as the most powerful force in the universe because it survives almost anything, even death.  I think often of the friends and relatives I have known and loved who have now gone on to the next life.  I still love them very much.  We know that we are getting old when we know more people who have died than still live.  Many of us find faith to be a powerful force in our lives and that’s usually a good thing… unless it is used to hurt others, of course.  Then it isn’t so good.  Still, a loving heart, true kindness towards others, the seeking of redemption, and the ability to forgive those who have caused us difficulty are truly great things that many of us aspire to have.  They are worthy goals, for sure.

  8. If Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to strike a blow against U.S. agriculture, blocking pistachios is not a terribly effective means to do so. The nuts are among a broad array of foods included in a 12-month import ban Russia imposed last week as it tries to retaliate against the U.S. and Europe for sanctions related to the conflict in Ukraine.
“The impact is going to be minimal,” says Jim Zion, managing partner of Meridian Nut Growers of Clovis, Calif., which has exported nuts to Russia for more than a decade. On Friday, Zion was working to redirect a 44,000-pound shipment bound for Russia to Germany, with hopes of finding a new buyer. “But you don’t like any disruptions in trade, especially in a market that looks like it’s increasing.”
Poultry producers can tell a similar story. Russia is among the top three export markets for U.S. chicken farmers, accounting for $303 million in 2013. But Russian consumers eat only about 7 percent of the total amount of chicken America exports, down from 40 percent in the 1990s, the National Chicken Council said in an Aug. 6 news release. (Russia is counting on the world’s largest chicken exporter, Brazil, to cover any supply gaps.)
Story: Trapped in His Own Labyrinth: Putin, Ukraine, and MH17
“We expect the ban will have little impact on U.S. chicken companies as the supplies of protein are tight and international demand from other countries is strong,” Farha Aslam, an analyst at financial-services firm Stephens, wrote in an Aug. 6 client note. High beef and pork prices have made chicken a cheaper meat option for consumers around the world, further lessening Russia’s importance as a market. “Luckily, this ban came at a time when chicken is enjoying a sweet spot,” says Mike Cockrell, chief financial officer at Sanderson Farms (SAFM), the third-largest U.S. chicken exporter.
The story is not quite as benign for agricultural interests in Europe, which sell much more to Russia. About 2.5 percent of Lithuania’s annual gross domestic product is tied to Russian exports, and about half of Poland’s apple crop is sold to Russian consumers. Norwegian salmon farmers and Danish cheese makers are also likely to scramble for replacement markets. And the import ban affects goods from Australia and Canada, both of which have supported the sanctions. Western countries moved to tighten Russia’s isolation after the downing last month of a Malaysia Airlines (MAS:MK) passenger jet over eastern Ukraine; U.S. and British authorities have said it was shot down by a Russian antiaircraft weapons system.
When Putin’s sanctions ripple through various European economies and across the Atlantic, the greatest damage may be to Russian food shoppers, who will confront shortages of some products and higher prices for many others.

    • Remember Putin plays chess.  Obama plays tiddlywinks.  Lets turn it around.  What would happen to U.S. manufacturing if Pres. Obama did not allow the importation of cheap foreign widgets lets say?  U.S. manufacturing would ramp up to build more widgets to meet the new demand, creating new jobs.  And to top it off, are U.S. producers of nuts and chicken crying foul(little pun there)?  No, they’re not.  Instead, they’re all defiant.  “Who needs the Russian market?”  U.S. gov’t is scared to put tariffs on the importation of cheap foreign manufactured goods for fear of world scorn.  Putin in effect does the same, but meets with no scorn because he’s the villain.  The guy knows how to play black pieces in chess.

    • @UglyDog

“The guy knows how to play black pieces in chess.”

Yes, he does… and he is tremendously aided by the fact that when an idiot plays white, black gets to see the dumb move of his opponent first.  He can then lay an appropriate trap and spring it at his leisure.

      @MaryB

      Yes, and badly too.  ;-)

WASHINGTON – Russian diners will not be able to find creamy Dutch cheeses or juicy Polish apples in the grocery store or cook chicken from the United States — the result of a Russian ban on most food imports from the West.
Although the U.S., Canada and the European Union together will take more than a $17.5 billion hit from the one-year ban, Russian consumers may feel it more than Western farmers.
Jason Furman, the chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, shrugged off the import ban’s impact as negligible, in contrast to Western sanctions on Russian individuals, businesses and economic sectors.
There’s a “cruel irony” in Russia’s import ban, said David Cohen, the Treasury Department undersecretary in charge of economic sanctions. “What the Russians have done here is limit the Russian people’s access to food,” Cohen said. “We don’t do that. Our law doesn’t allow us to do that.”
    What’s at stake?
The United States exported about $1.2 billion in food and agricultural goods to Russia last year, less than one percent of total U.S. agriculture exports. The EU exported about 11.8 billion euros ($15.8 billion) to Russia, about 10 percent of its total agriculture exports.
    Who is hit the hardest?
In the EU, Poland, France, the Netherlands and Germany will feel much of the loss.
The Netherlands send 1.5 billion euros ($2 billion) worth of agricultural products to Russia annually, Germany 1.6 billion euros ($2.1 billion), France 1.2 billion euros ($1.6 billion) and Poland 1.6 billion euros ($2.1 billion). Poland is Europe’s largest producer of apples; more than half of its production goes to Russia.
President Xavier Beulin of a French farm union said the Russian import ban could affect the country’s fruit and vegetable industry.
The impact is less in the United States. The largest U.S. export to Russia is poultry, mainly chicken, followed by tree nuts such as almonds, and also soybeans. In a statement, the National Chicken Council and the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council said Russia buys a little more than $300 million in U.S. chicken annually, about 7 percent of the industry’s total exports. The chicken groups said they did not expect the ban to have a major impact on the industry.
    Impact on Russia
The biggest impact could be on Russian consumers. Russia received up to 55 percent of its agricultural imports from the countries it has so far sanctioned, including the United States, European Union, Ukraine, Australia and Canada, according to an Associated Press analysis of figures from the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization.
Almost half of Russia’s meat imports — about 47 percent — last year came from the countries it has slapped sanctions on, according to the FAO figures. Russia will likely import more from its other main suppliers, namely Brazil and Paraguay.
About 95 percent of Russia’s dairy imports last year came from countries it has now sanctioned, with its biggest suppliers until now being Ukraine, the Netherlands, Germany, Lithuania, Finland and Poland.

Russia bans food imports from West
Russian food ban could hit exporters

UK firms have been hit by a Russian ban on food imports from a number of Western countries.

The tit-for-tat ban, imposed on Thursday, bars imports from countries which have imposed sanctions on Russia over the conflict in Ukraine.

“It will have a big impact on business,” said Sinclair Banks, boss of fishing and fish processing firm Lunar.

The firm, based in Peterhead in north-east Scotland, exports 16% of its mackerel and herring to Russia.

Russia is the biggest market by volume for Scottish mackerel and herring

Mr Banks added that Lunar had already cancelled a boat exporting herring because of the sanctions.

Some 320 miles south, Shropshire cheese-maker Belton Cheese is also suffering.

Justin Beckett, managing director of the family business, said it had already had to cancel a £30,000 cheese order due to be sent to Russia on Monday.

“As you can imagine it’s very disappointing. Russia was a very new market, about 2-3% of our business, but we had an expansion plan for the next two to three years.”

Mr Beckett said this expansion had been expected to bring in up to £2m over the next three years.

Belton Cheese said it had expected the Russian market to be worth up to £2m over the next three years

Larger firms, such as B&Q owner Kingfisher, have also warned they could be affected.

Kingfisher chief executive Sir Ian Cheshire told BBC Radio 5 live it was “sensitive” towards any potential disruption.

“We’re clearly concerned that if it went further it would impact us and we’re just having to wait and see and also try and switch where we can to more domestic sources [for products]. But the market longer-term for us there is still a solid one,” he added.

Waitrose managing director Mark Price told 5 live that Western goods due to be exported to Russia might now look to be sold in the UK.

“Europe’s a huge market and Britain’s just one part of it. But if they do find their way to the UK then that could well put some downward pressure on prices,” he said.

M&S has 41 stores in Russia

Henderson Global Investors analyst Matthew Beesley said other British High Street firms, including Marks and Spencer and WH Smith, could also be affected.

“Marks and Spencer has about 4% of its operating profit currently sourced from Russia – they’ve got 41 stores there. WH Smith has just won a contract to sell newspapers in the railway stations across the country,” he added.

Despite the negative impact of the ban on British firms, for consumers it may be positive,

“The banning of these exports does not mean the goods will not be sold or consumed elsewhere. Households are likely to benefit from the fall in food prices, helping free up income for other spending,” Schroders economists Azad Zangana and Craig Botham wrote in an analyst note.

  12. @Proverbs1616  Just when I thought you couldn’t exceed your misery-producing humorless scolding diatribes, you exceed my expectations
Here is the “At Least’ part of your story and his.
He made people laugh and brought a considerable amount of joy to the world of entertainment.
You bring—-depression.  People like you  are unable to be happy unless you suck the joy out of everyone else in the room
As a reminder, Robin Williams helped hundreds of millions of dollars for St Jude’s Childrens Hospital and Comic Relief
He was clearly a tormented person.  Given your nature, it seems that you and he share that affliction
At least he did something you are completely incapable of
Making people laugh, smile and happy in his exuberance and enthusiasm for his trade craft. He was also a very generous and forgiving person. You are none of the above.
I’d wish you cheers but it would fall on deaf ears and be wasted key strokes

    • @AGXIIK,

Thank GOD you said that!!  Agree with every word and it was LONG overdue.

Don’t understand why EVERY TOPIC must turn into some type of religious statement.

    • MaryB

I could not agree more, understanding it is GOD Who drags us to Christ

“No man can come to me, except the Father which has sent Me, draw him [Gk: ‘drag him’]…” (John 6:44)
      .

And it is Christ Who chooses from those our Father dragged:

“Ye have not chosen Me, but I HAVE CHOSEN YOU…” John 15:16

And eventually this will include all mankind

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me”  John 12:32

And all will respond to God’s judgments and chastisements

“That at the name of Jesus EVERY knee should bow, of those in heaven, and those in earth, and those under the earth; And that EVERY tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father” (Phil. 2:10-11—See also Isa. 26:9b).

      And let’s not forget:

“…no man CAN say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Spirit” (I Cor. 12:3b).

    • II Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
      ALL means ALL.
Many like their sin too much to repent. :(

    • I have to give you some support for that comment AGX……Self righteous religious zealots are a scourge to mankind. Proverbs comments reminds me of the mindset of ISIS…..He may be flying a different coloured flag and not guilty of placing severed heads on spikes, but the same underlining intolerance is clearly there for all to see.
Give it a rest Proverbs….no one is really that interested and you are just coming across as a not very pleasant individual. Get yourself over to Erbil and fight your crusade.

Give me a person who understands spirit over religious extremes every time.

    • @Zilver Zeta

“Give me a person who understands spirit over religious extremes every time.”

EXACTLY!  This is the mark of an advanced soul, IMO, and not one that merely parrots this or that doctrine that has been pounded into them.

Just remember, folks… not all of the trolls hereabout talk about PMs.  Some of them just have to thump their bible in our faces.  :-/

    • @AGXIIK
If you’re serious and unemotional about this, I can refer you to very funny and uplifting Christian stand-ups who aren’t into the occult and who who zero profanity or crass caca humour. THAT takes talent. Most comedians are too weak in their thinking so they revert to dirty base humour filled with expletives that makes crowds chuckle.
As for being an advanced soul @Ed_B lol, my family was very into the New Age and my mother got saved out of deep involvement with that stuff: these advanced spirit guides have often been channeled by “advanced souls” as saying that for humanity to progress, the “old souls” (Bible-believing Christians) had to be cleansed from the Earth.
ISIS is slaughtering the Mid-East’s Christians, and we fundamentalist Christians will gladly offer our lives to share the Gospel of Jesus with these murderous Muslims.
Jesus: GAVE His life to save you and me.
Mohammad: TOOK other’s lives to save himself.
And I stand by my comments: Robin Williams was a drugged out alcoholic, foul-mouthed pervert who had demonic issues.

  13. If he is off even by one week we will hear nothing but how this guy is a scammer. Just reading these posts I can see no one is ready for a surprise in the market. That’s how it works, don’t be waiting for the dollar to drop.

  14. Robin Williams he was what he was, he made me laugh sometimes and  sometimes not  ,how can I judge him? I am not a God ?  addiction is a possession (demon) wherever food sex alcohol tobacco  gaming lying  stealing murder  ect the list goes on and on . lust of the eyes  flesh and pride of life , traps of Lucifer. besides He could have been a Bankster.

    • Wrong and wrong:
sexual and drug abuse is a result of our fallen sin nature, our flesh. To say it is always a “demon” is unbiblical charismatic nonsense. We must choose to repent, trust Jesus, and once we’re saved then He gives us the strength to overcome those wicked things through His spirit.
And many WILL perish because they refuse to trust Jesus and repent.

  15. I believe the reason Proverbs always speaks about Jesus in his posts, is because Jesus is the reason any of us are here.  Proverbs is just attempting to warn people (an act of love).
Under the reasoning of some here, you’d prefer not to know what awaits those who reject Jesus (hoping to plead ignorance).
The prophet Jonah detested Ninavah and did not want to warn them about God’s coming judgment for their sins, but God called him to love (to warn them).
Robin Williams had all the world had to offer=nothing.

    • @Celia
      Exactly.
As the good old hymn goes: I’m only a sinner saved by grace.
II Timothy 3:16 tells Christians that God’s Word is to rebuke, reprove, correct, instruct.
It is not to hurt people, but to wake them up to the fact that they have 2 choices: God’s Way or Their Way.
A lot of professing Christians want a foot in both worlds and want to be seen as cool dudes by lost sinners, instead of becoming Mr. Unpopular for warning their lost buddies about the reality of eternal Hell.

  16. AGXIIK-What is your definition of love?  The Bible defines it=God.  He is merciful, but He is also just and righteous.
In these perilous times (where man will not endure sound doctrine, but only wants his senses tickled), people love the first characteristic, but in their rebellion despise the second (the just and righteous part).
God isn’t a buffet, where you choose what you like and discard the rest.
Love is warning people who are about to walk over a cliff.  Hate remains silent.

  17. Celia.  We can love in many ways including one that comes close to John 15:13.
That might be one of the most important  to me.
One of my definitions of love is whether I would give my life that another person might live.
Greater love than that  is the province only a handful of people.  I like to keep it simple.
Thinking and reflecting on John 3:16 will force most people to think closely and carefully of their relationships with others, particularly those who appear to be lacking in regard or concerns for others.
As an aside, many have forgiven me my actions  throughout my life. They were very generous in their natures; that they found that level of forgiveness. That is another definition of love.  I try to abide by forgiveness of others actions against me.
But sometimes people rub my fur the wrong way
you know who I’m talking about
    Cheers.
PS I just reread again your reference to Proverbs way of warning us.
There are ways to do that. Some work and others just plainly offensive.
To say that a person is buring in hell is not a good way to get most people’s attention.
The callousness of his words about Robin Williams were both wrong headed and vicious. Williams was many things. He was given a gift of humor and comedy, coupled with an ability to act that made people laugh and think.
Just a brief reading of his charitable works, good nature and generosity belies what Proverbs says.
I appreciate warnings from others when I am not educated of certain dangers to my body and soul and I listen carefully
But I do not appreciate someone’s purported warning when they insult a person who just passed and do so in a mean spirited way, without knowledge of that man’s soul.
Being quick to judge another in order to make a point particularly when the person making the warning is quite wrong in his assessment of that person does an injustice to the just departed. This is bearing a post mortem false witness, if that makes sense.

    • @AGXIIK

“One of my definitions of love is whether I would give my life that another person might live.”

This is very close to my own definition of “love” and that is, ‘Would you pick up a deadly weapon and defend another in their time of need’ ?  I know that you would for those whom you love, as would I.  The sacrifice of our lives for those we love may well be the very best way we can spend it.  Hopefully, that sacrifice will be successful.  But, even if not, then it will still be the best we can do for another.  That has to count for something.  We are not gods nor even angels but mere mortals.  We very quickly find our limitations in this life.  But let us not impose limitations that aren’t really  there, except in our own minds.  No doubt we will be less limited in the next life and all the ones that follow.

    • I doubt 1st Century Christians had nice things to say about perverted whacked out nut Herod.
      Titus 10-16 says:
For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, the Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
Paul had direct words for Cretians and for liars who went around claiming to know God and to be advanced souls and that God won’t send anyone to Hell, etc. etc.

I am judging Mr. Williams by his reprobate, vile, demonic, perverted, drugged out alcoholic life. If he trusted in Christ, he very badly dishonoured his redeemer. Every sign however points to a demon-possessed anti-Christian.

    • @Ed_B
Hebrews 9:27: And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Sorry chap, your New Age philosophy is a lie of the devil. “Spirit Guides” are demons that deceive mankind, there is no reincarnation, and you sir, as my mother did, can choose to trust Jesus the Son of God, repent of your sins, and kick those demonic Spirit Guides out of your life in the power of Jesus. If you confront them in the power of Jesus, they will get upset. They will warn you not to regress spiritually on all the progress you’ve made. They are demons. They are liars. They are not advanced spirit beings even though they have been pretending to be helping you progress in your spiritual journey.
My mother, by Jesus’ power, chased them from her life and told them never to come back after she got saved, because she realized they were demons, and as a Born-Again Christian, she wanted nothing to do with those demon spirits pretending to be advanced and evolved spirits.

    •  inlikeflynn – LOL

Bottom line is this….who would you have rather been trapped in an elevator with for an hour. Mr Williams or our good friend Proverbs? Er give me a moment to think about that one.

    • II Peter 3:3
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
      II Timothy 3:1-5
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

  18. Actually, the physical world of commodities parallels the spiritual world of God in a dim way. Truth is truth.
Just as looking to nature, gives us insight into the heart of God.
I have pleaded with so many about “real” money/fall of the dollar.
Most do not listen and I am mocked by most.
Most will be crying when the truth comes out.  My pleading is because I care and I don’t want them to face the coming pain.
The spiritual world of God trumps the physical big time, hence the warnings.
The apostle Paul became all things to all people, that a few may be saved.
Just like maybe 1% of people are interested in physical metals to save their finances.

  20. You can’t always base your predictions by drawing lines on a graphic, because the markets are based on people’s emotions. For example, if a big portion are determined that the US dollar will collapse in a few hours, then they’ll start buying precious metals with all their savings, which causes the prices to spike. When they realize that the US dollar is still standing, they’ll wait a few more days until they need cash for everyday products. Then, they’ll sell a lot of their precious metals, which will make the price of gold and silver go down. That’s typically how spikes are made, but NOT ALWAYS the case.

  21. Bo (Polny) is blind:

Some say that hindsight is 20/20.  Not so for poor Bo though.  First he tried making straight up calls about the price of gold and those didn’t turn out too well.  Then he tried making predictions and fudging the dates, readjusting them as he saw fit.  That didn’t work out too well either.

His latest shtick was to wait and see how things went and then call a date in the past that seemed, to him, to be a sure thing.  That date he picked as the summer low in gold was 8/1/14 at a price of $1281. And he made that bold announcement on 8/8/14 after gold had risen to $1319 proclaiming “On August 1, 2014 dropped an additional $12.50 into a FINAL Summer low of $1281.00 … The 2014 Summer Gold Low is COMPLETE!”

The reality is that as Bo was calling for blue skies and new highs, Aug. 7-8 marked an intermediate high in gold and it’s been downhill ever since. And today gold at $1271.50 has just blown through his “summer low.” Perhaps it’s time to break out the dark glasses and the red & white cane.
